2 Double Rooms Available in a 3 Bed New Build.

Hello!

I have two double rooms (one larger than the other) available in a new build house in a nice area. The house is less than 2 years old and still feels "new".

There are good transport links to the city centre nearby - including Northfield station which connects directly to New Street. It has a large car park or is approx 20-30 minutes walk away if you don't have transport.

The smaller room has a 3/4 bed, wardrobes and bedside cabinet. The larger room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and the potential to have a desk and chair as well (provided if wanted!).

There is space for 2 cars on the drive with plenty of on road parking available (there may potentially be 3 cars on the property).

I'm a 25 year old male who works as a teacher in Redditch. I'm pretty easy to get along with and more than happy to have any conversation regarding anything else you'd need to make you comfortable.

Everything is included in the price. All bills, furniture etc. I will take care of all general cleaning as long as you make an effort to clean up after yourself :)
