Room is furnished with a single bed with mattress, duvet/pillows if needed, chest of 3 drawers, bedside table, and a desk with an office chair. Adjacent to the room is a large storage cupboard which has been converted into a wardrobe/extra storage.

Kitchen: Open and intelligently designed modern kitchen with more storage space than I know what to do with, new fridge and freezer units, gas cooker, fan-assisted oven and grill, microwave, and washing machine. Smaller items like the kettle, toaster, etc are included too.

Bathroom: One bathroom with a large shower and all newly tiled/fitted. Water heated directly from the new boiler.

Garden: large communal well-tended garden to the rear of the property. Monthly garden maintenance is provided.

Location: Bus stops are an arduous 30 second walk from the property, and have city center services every 15 mins. A large Sainsbury's is located at the end of the road about 10 min walk away, with Northfield shopping centre just across the road from that. The 61 bus from the property gets you to the university in 20 mins, and to the Bullring shopping center/New Street station in around 40 mins. For those who cycle, there is a garage for extra storage.

Parking: Included are permits for parking along the private road.
