Thank you for stopping by my advert, I'm pretty sure I have a room to match your exact requirements, my husband and I are moving into our first own property in Oldbury, it’s a 3 bedroom end of terrace house, It’s a 10 minute walk to Sandwell and Dudley station and a 15 minute drive from the city centre, I work near five ways/hagley road and am open to sharing my car journey with the right person (if needed), and close by we have a retail park with many major retail shops as well as a Sainsbury’s.

We are looking for someone to rent our spare bedroom, it is a comfortable double room and can come either furnished with a bed, wardrobe and small chest of drawers or unfurnished if you already have your own things, there would be a shared kitchen, bathroom and living area, there is a large garage out the back and a lovely small garden, also there will be high speed broadband and shared washing machine etc, we are chilled out and easy going and out most of the time at work to be honest.

We are just a clean and tidy couple who would love for someone fun, relatable and sociable to rent the room, someone who will make it a home for themselves. If you like the odd curry my husband loves to cook and we’d love someone who’s happy to chill with us!

It’s currently getting a brand new kitchen and bathroom, it‘ll all be cleaned, painted and decorated, just so that it looks fresh and homely, if you wanted to move into the room we could always paint it a colour of your choice!
