This stretch of the Hagley Road now boasts Starbucks, 24/7 Asda, the Reel cinema and Lifestyle Gym. 30 mins bus ride to Broad St, direct route, buses every 7 mins.

The house has secluded rear garden, bike shed, off road parking, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer, ironing and laundry space, great BT broadband, Smart TV in shared lounge/diner. Huge utility with extra larder fridge and freezer. It has a shared bathroom with separate WC, adjacent shower room with WC and a downstairs WC in utility.

Gardener is included, lovely local cleaner is included in rent. Looking for fun loving but respectful sharers able to let their hair down but then put it back up again! We like to find housemates that work hard & play hard but respect the place. Vicki teaches locally, Fena is a Spanish assistant in a local Secondary and Leanne works in the arts. We are looking for someone preferably in education with regular hours.
