The bedroom has been redecorated to a high standard, with wooden flooring.
The area is quiet and the house is 10 minutes from the city centre by car and has a regular bus route nearby. There is also off road parking if you have a car.
I am a professional live-in land lady who is seeking a professional tenant, preferably female but would consider male to rent a double bedroom. You would be the only tenant and the bedroom is really comfortable.
It is important that the individual is clean and tidy and someone with good morals and values who would respect my home. I have Christian values and would prefer to rent to someone who is the same but this is not essential, just preferable.
I am friendly and easy to interact with but won't get in the way of anyone who would prefer to live a more secluded existence.
