A lovely double room to rent in a 3 bedroom house in Pelsall
I am a live in land lord so looking to share my spare room that I do not use. All bills included. I'm out a lot so you will have a lot of space.

It has a double fitted wardrobe with dressing table, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers.

Kingsize bed with duvet ( no sheets or duvet cover supplied )

There is a shared bathroom with an additional downstairs toilet.
The house is of a good standard and a viewing is recommended.
There are 3 TV's one in the kitchen and one in the living room and 1 in my room in the garden.

The garden has a big table with lots of seating including rattan furniture and a parasol and has sun on it from 11am until about 6pm so great for chilling out in the sun and relaxing, also with the parasol you can relax with your favourite book and a cocktail in hand.

I also have my own space in an out building where I have another TV, so plenty of space for a tenant to share the house with although I'm very friendly.

You will not feel a lack of space in this house so I would recommend a viewing.
