Furnished bedroom-king size bed

My names keila its just my self and my 4 year old daughter who live in the house. I am in full time university studying Adult Nursing and I also work part time, so we are hardly at home, we have one bedroom furnished with a king size bed, bedside cabinet and single wardrobe with 2 drawers all bills included. There is sky and broadband available.
public transport: local train station is Longbridge which is a ten minute walk away. There are a number of buses that run straight into birmingham city center also buses which run into bromsgrove town centre.
It is a 5 minute walk from the Bournville college. With local supermarket, cinema bowling alley and restaurants.
We are both Bubbly out going sociable people, we enjoy travelling and try to go away twice a year. We are looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful.

We don't mind smoker as long as its in the garden but no pets, my daughter has a kitten which is outside most of the time
