Hey there, my names Donne and I have a furnished room to rent. It is available now but only until December.

The property is situated on a quite road that has close links to the motorway, as well as bus and train connections (Longbridge is the closest station).
The house is quite spacious with a large living room, kitchen and washroom.

The bathroom is shared with working toilet, shower, bath and sink

The bedroom faces the back garden and is quite, it is fully furnished with a new pine double bed, , chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets, there is also a unit to hang clothes.
There is a shared fridge freezer as well as a washing machine and dryer. The house also has Wifi and off road parking (pavement). The rent is £400 a month, deposit can be negotiated if there are any difficulties.

A bit about me... I work as a nurse so my hours can be quite varied so I am not always at home.

I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends and I am easy to get on with. I am a vegi and do enjoy cooking when I get the time to. I have two cats who are very friendly

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy. I have shared for a couple of years now and respect a persons property and privacy and looking for the same in return. As I said I am not at home all the time so looking for someone who does not mind this.
