Beautiful house great location-double room ensuite

Detached house on private estate, very quiet and peaceful. Double drive so there is a parking space available.
The room available comes complete with ensuite. The room has built in wardrobes and does have furniture however I can move them out if wish to bring own furniture
The rest of the house is fully furnished and in my opinion homely :) All bills are included - gas electric water sky tv internet.
I am very house proud, and want someone who is going to respect this is my house and not treat like a typical house share with a landlord.
Access to shared kitchen, living room and conservatory, and of course the garden if we have nice weather!
