I’m looking for a friendly professional flatmate to rent my spare room in Stirchley. I work Monday-Friday and looking for someone who is sociable and up for the occasional housemate tea/pub trip.
The room is lovely and sunny and has a double bed with plenty of room for a desk/wardrobe. It’s recently been decorated along with the whole house.
The British oak and local cafes are a 10-15 minute walk away. You can also walk into kings heath in about 30 minutes.
15 minute walk to Selly Oak or Bournville train station or less than a 5 minute walk to the 45 and 47 bus stop with a 20 minute journey into Birmingham City Centre.
