FEMALES ONLY Lovely large double room available from 01/06/25 The room is double aspect windowed and very bright. It is a 35-40 minute walk to Birmingham University and Queen Elizabeth hospital. The road has lots of parking space and is a boulevard wide so neighbours opposite are quite far away.
I expect tenants to clean communal areas between us all, I am not a live in cleaner and it is a shoes off household. It is a quiet space and respect for all tenants is essential for a harmonious household,
There is a large garden and 2 living rooms. It is not a party house and is for a single female only. Friends may stay by prior arrangement for a night. Tenants have their own fridge and share the freezer. I am quite sociable and also very busy with work, I work away most of the time.
