Lovely newly refurbished apartment in Selly Oak

Hi! I'm Steph. I am a graduate-entry medical student at Birmingham Uni. I previously completed a PhD and then worked as a research scientist for a couple years before switching career.

To live with I am clean, tidy and considerate. I would like to live with a female professional professional or a mature student (>25). I welcome well-behaved animals!

I purchased this lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Summer 2018, and newly refurbished the whole place, with fresh paint, lovely wooden floors and new furniture. I am happy to do Skype viewings if you don't currently live in Birmingham. The apartment is on the first floor (so nice and secure!) and is in a quiet, residential part of Selly Oak.

The room offered is a cosy little double room with a built in wardrobe. It's South-facing, so always gets the sunshine! The room is fully furnished. All bills included: Gas, electric, water, fibre-optic broadband.

The property is close to Birmingham Uni (0.8 miles away), the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and the new big retail park. It's also a walkable distance (12 mins) from Selly Oak train station.
