Also two bike sheds in the garden, which itself is large.
The house itself is very secure with a house alarm, front outdoor lighting and high fences and a secure back and from door.
Current housemates are easy to get along with and easy going, never too loud and always mindful of other housemates when having guests over.
Rent is £330 per month (including bills). Bills are sorted through a service that means the bills are automatically split each month and taken out via direct debit so no hassle sorting out bills with other housemates.
