Small Double Room in a lovely quiet area

This small double room is cleverly furnished with an open wardrobe to make the most of the space, it has a vintage bureau desk and a small double bed. It all makes it feel a lot bigger than it actually is.

The house is situated within a small cul-de-sac within a 5 minute walk of the Pershore Road. Takes roughly 15 minutes to the centre on the bus from there. The bus stop in front of the house takes you directly to the uni within 15 mintues also. If you drive parking is great too.

The house is charming and i feel I've done a good job at making it comfortable and pleasant. The kitchen is looking rather drab but it does the job. And the neighbors are all lovely.

I've redone a lot in the bathroom and painted and decorated a couple of the rooms. There are three rooms in total with a downstairs toilet additionally.

The house is fully furnished (kitchen untensils, towels and bedding as-well), also with tumble dryer. All bills are all inclusive. We also have a good WIFI connection.

I myself am a 36 year old manufacturing quality engineer and have taken a job in Cornwall. I love this house and don't want to loose it until i am sure i will be staying in Cornwall. This is why i am continuing with the lease and renting the rooms out (with the owners permission of course).

You will be sharing with two PHD students, one in mechanical engineering and one is doing an MBA. Both very pleasant, quiet and tidy.

The contract will be until The end of March initially with the possibility of extending.
