A 4th Housemate is wanted to fill our spare room next year in our house in Selly oak. Tenacy is from July 2020, the property is located on Warwards lane, a 2 minute walk from the bus stop which gets you into the centre in 20 minutes. Alternitively there is the train which takes 10 minutes.
We love living in selly oak, but unfortunately next year one of our house mates has dropped out, therefore we would need to find a 4th housemate to be able to stay.
