390pcm for beautiful double room in cottage, Bham

Selly Oak, a 2-3 min drive to the big Sainsburys in Selly Oak and close to SE train station.

I am looking for a housemate to join me in my 2 bed cottage, and possibly extend the lease next year. For viewing when the current lockdown lifts. The house includes:

garden, shared living room with TV and sofa, hi-fi etc, bathroom with bath and shower stall, double bedroom (very large), single bedroom (mine)

1 x large storage cupboard, 1 x shed for storage, also outdoor loo (not generally used, could store garden equipment or bike)

there would be shelves available for books, also and objects also.

facilities include: dishwasher, washing machine

I am a PhD student and I consider myself both fastidious and laid-back: I keep things clean but I also like to socialise and have fun! There is also a drive out front for parking for those with cars. My preference would be for a woman who is vegetarian but I could be talked round! Please message me for photographs and more details.
