This ground floor room is extremely large with a large double bed. There is a spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk with chair included with the room.

There's a door in the bedroom which leads into the garden. I've found this to be very useful.

The house is located just off Dawlish Road and is ideally located for students and young professionals.

Aldi is a 5 minute walk away.
University of Birmingham campus is a 10 minute walk.
Selly Park is also a 5-10 minute walk.
Bristol Road is on your doorstep, providing easy access to a range of takeaways, pubs and shops.

All bills are included in the price.

The living room and kitchen area is shared and I can leave some plates and cooking equipment etc if needed.

The 2 housemates are hard working final year students, at the University of Birmingham. Only 1 person is currently living here. I am looking to move out due to my girlfriend relocating for a new job. The current housemates are really nice and good mates of mine. They enjoy watching films and sports on evenings and weekends and are highly sociable.

The bathroom and shower rooms are shared also, and provide everything someone could ask for, and more.
