A double room is available to rent in a 2 bedroom attached house. Bedroom is south facing the garden so you will wake up to sunlight and bird song. Decent size living room, study/additional living room, small sized kitchen and upstairs bathroom are shared but well respected. Great house for hosting friends with a gas BBQ in the garden. Council tax band B. Bills (gas, electric, water and wifi) are approximately £140 a month (recently increased this April). We try to keep bills down, especially during the summer, and air out the house regulary with a bit of lüften.
For the price, this is a phenomenal bit of space and location. Off street parking, high quality internet and only sharing with one other person. 8
