House near UoB with 3 double bedrooms. 1 room available now and two further rooms becoming available in July. Price above is for 6 month minimum let but happy to take short term Erasmus/Intern lets minimum 3 months for £140 per week. Pro rata between 3 and 6 months. Couples welcome but a factor of 1.5 should be applied to the rental.
3 x Good sized double rooms. All bills included and good quality broadband. This is a large, 3 storey house, with own private garden and plenty of room out front for 2 cars. The bedrooms are a reasonable size and each is fully furnished and has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and shelving. Good sized bathroom with bath, separate shower and wc on 1st floor and downstairs a shower room with wc. Clothes washer and drier provided. We have a large and comfortable living area, garden and plenty of storage room. The sitting room has large flat screen tv and wireless broadband throughout the house. The kitchen has all the mod cons. The house is a 10 minute walk to Bournville station and a 15 min walk to Selly Oak Station. Excellent for bus routes. Close to great pubs and large Morrisons is 2 mins walk.
