I have a double room available, in my 3 bed home, for rent.

The room is furnished with a brand new double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is no en suite but there is a main bathroom right next to the guest bedroom which will be for the exclusive use of you! The bathroom was renovated completely in June 2022

The house has one living room, a dining room, kitchen, small garden and is a double fronted link-detached property.

The area is very popular as it's a quiet, safe village on a good commuter route for Stoke, Stafford, Birmingham, Wolverhampton and the surrounds. The property has an alarm system, underfloor heating and external CCTV.

There is no private parking available but the road is quiet and parking outside is permitted and safe.

Bills are included (including fibre-optic broadband).


I prefer non-smoking but can discuss (smoking only permitted outside etc) and can consider a dog, but the dog must be people and dog friendly, and quiet

I am a professional woman who works both from home and away, so I will often be there all day with occasions when I'm around very little. I'm pretty quiet and am the type of person who will leave you to your own devices but am happy to chat if we're both around.
