The all ensuite house has been refurbished to a high standard and tenants share a fully equipped Kitchen and dining area for preparing your culinary masterpieces or reheating your ready meal. There is a spacious living room with sofa and TV. There is a huge patio and garden for those that enjoy catching some air. There is some shared parking at the front but nearby streets have free parking.

All rooms have their own ensuite shower, double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers as standard.

To live here there are no referencing fees - but we do reference check you to make sure you are going to be a lovely tenant and not a horrid one!

A cleaner is provided for all the shared areas weekly and you have the option to include your room in a clean if you want to pay the extra!
