Home from home.......sharing with only one other person, no constant changes to who you're living with.

A double recently decorated / new carpet furnished room to rent in a 3 bedroom property in Sheldon. The house consists of newly fitted kitchen / diner, lounge, conservatory, utility, modern bathroom with bath and powerful shower and 3 bedrooms plus a good sized garden. Parking on a well lit road right outside the house, there is always plenty of room and no restrictions.

The bedroom to rent has a double bed, 2 chest of draws, 2 bedside tables, large mirror, 2 lamps, curtains and TV aerial.

All bills included, including wifi. Full use of the kitchen, all appliances, hob, microwave, washing machine, dish washer. I work full time so I'm only in of an evening if not out visiting friends and family or working away (anything from 1-2 nights a week). I'd appreciate a clean and tidy person but I'm not OTT with it.

Great location....6 miles from Birmingham town centre, 5 miles from Solihull town centre, 5 miles from Birmingham airport, NEC, international train station and Resorts World. 5.5 miles from Birmingham Business Park. Great access to motorways, 5 miles from the M42 leading to the M5, M6, M40 and M1. Easy access to buses and local train stations. There are 2 local shops in walking distance and 3 big supermarkets, Morrisons super store, Tesco superstore and Aldi less than a 5 minute drive away or 15 minute walk.

I have rented the room out previously on a Monday to Friday let. My current house mate has been here 2 years and has been great but is going back to Dublin.
