A fantastic opportunity for a professional person who is looking to live away from home in the week for work Monday to Friday. In a house that will make you feel like you are at home, with your own personal space that has has a cosy yet deluxe feel.

I mayconsider short stay, max of only up to 3 months however please note if you stay a full week (mon-sun) its £100pw.

Great location for easy access to M6/M5, Birmingham Sutton, Lichfield, Cannock, Tamworth within 20 minutes. Aldridge and Pelsall 5 minutes away and 10 minutes from Walsall town centre.

As well as your own double bedroom and ensuite The kitchen/diner is fully equipt for you to use. and there is a fantastic relaxing garden for those summer evenings.

I am looking for a housemate who is a like-minded friendly, professional, that likes dogs as i have a labrador cross .

Ideally a minimum stay of one month i have space for you to park your car on my driveway.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy. bills are included in the price. cleaning products, toiletries and food are not, as well as no downloading large files from the internet.

My house is newly refurbished and beautifully decorated so i am looking for someone who will respect my home and enjoy living in a relaxed luxurious space.
