Roadside parking is available .The flat is 5 minute drive to the local train station & is on a good bus services to Solihull town centre & Birmingham city centre in front of the flat..
One month advance is payable & one month notice period required before termination .
I myself is a quite person , but equally sociable & like to keep the flat tidy
