There is one double room vacant in a shared house. The room is in the attic and measures 3.4m by 5.3m (or 11 ft by 17 ft). It is very light as there is a window to the front in addition to two smaller windows in the roof to the rear.

The room has a double bed and is partly furnished with a computer table with a chair, a chest of drawers, a bedside drawer, and a chair. There are two in-build wardrobes for hanging coats, shirts etc. and some shelves and there is plenty of additional storage space behind the chest of drawers.

The room also comes with wireless broadband internet connection.

Cape Hill has good shopping facilities nearby (for instance ASDA, Matalan are less than 100 metres away) and there is easy access by road or via several bus lines to Birmingham city centre and the University of Birmingham.

The £330 pm rent includes council tax, water rate, internet connection, TV license, but electricity and gas are shared (you would be the third out of three), so it will be approximately £30 per month.

There are two more people (not a couple) living at the house at the moment, but one is only there quite infrequently, so on a day-to-day basis, there will only be one other person at the house.

The house has a large though-lounge, a garden, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, and individual food storage.
