Large Double room Solihull near JLR /airport

Large double room to rent in beautiful modern house in Solihull (Damson lane) with great transport links. 2 minute walk to to Jaguar Landrover and 5 minute drive to Birmingham international/ Airport/ NEC and Solihull town centre. On the road there is a post office, bakery, one stop, pub, fast food options, cash point, off licence.

My friend and I (we are not a couple!), are looking for a lodger. We both work in the NHS and are sociable people. I have a hypoallergenic cockapoo who is toilet trained and sleeps through the night.

As you can see from the pictures, the house is done up to a very high standard. There are 3 reception rooms and 3 toilet rooms, as well as a large garden.

Kitchen has double oven, double fridge freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and loads of storage space. There is plenty of parking on the road outside the house.

There are 4 bedrooms and we are looking for a lodger. The room is freshly painted and furnished- as can be seen in the pictures. There is a double bed with mattress, mattress protector, double wardrobe, desk/dressing table, chest of drawers, full length mirror and bedside table. We can add/remove furniture as you wish
