A double bedroom with an en-suite in a secure gated building with private parking available. The double room with comes with an en suite shower, built-in triple wardrobe, and overlooks the secure parking court where there is a space with the room (no additional fees). Walk-in hall with cupboard, shared large open plan kitchen, living room and dining area - with a small balcony. We also have a separate family bathroom with bath, which the other housemate uses but doesn't mind sharing if you like a bath!

The location is great, quiet but close to Olton amenities such as a large Aldi, Tesco Express, 24 hr McDonald’s and Morrison’s, all within less than 5 minutes of the flat. Only 10 minutes drive to Solihull centre and two minute walk to Olton train station which has trains to Solihull and Birmingham City Centre, both journeys take less than 10 minutes. It is only 10 minutes from the M42. and a 10 minute drive from Moseley.

The room is in a flatshare with one other female young professional. (That's me!) I'm friendly, tidy and pretty laid back. I like movie nights in, drinks at the pub and a nice chat with tea and biscuits. Also understand that some people like their space and privacy (especially when working from home) so happy with that too!

The deposit is £519, rent each month is £400 and around £150-180 extra for bills depending on usage - (TV licence, Sky, Netflix, Disney + included)

Looking to fill the room as soon as someone is interested and can commit. My old flatmate had to move out because of reasons to do with work, I miss her already but am excited to welcome someone new into this lovely home!.
