A double bedroom with an en-suite in a secure gated building with private parking available. The double room with an en suite shower, built-in triple wardrobe, and overlooks the secure parking court where there is a space with the room (no additional fees). Walk-in hall with cupboard, shared large open plan kitchen, living room and dining area - with a small balcony. We also have a separate family bathroom with bath, which the other housemate uses but all have access to enjoy the bath.

The location is great, quiet but close to Olton town centre where there is a large Aldi, Tesco Express, 24 hr McDonald’s and Morrison’s, all within less than 5 minutes of the flat. Only 10 minutes drive to Solihull centre and two minutes from Olton train station which has trains to Birmingham City Centre which take 9 minutes. It is only 10 minutes from the M42. 10 minute drive from Moseley.

The room is in a flatshare with one other female young professional. She is happy to keep to herself but with a friendly atmosphere in the shared rooms. Also happy to be more social and be friends - we love a tea/gin (depends how the days gone 😂)

The deposit is £519, rent each month is £400 and around £150-180 extra for bills depending on usage - (TV licence, Sky, Netflix, Disney + included)

Looking to move out as soon as someone is interested and can commit. I am moving out because of reasons to do with work.
