Extremely convenient location close to buses and trains:
Tesco Express, a pub, post office, banks, Virgin Gym, many pubs, restaurants and bars are within walking distance towards Solihull town centre. Take away (Chinese, Pizzas etc) are also close by. Large Morrisons and a big Tesco are 10 min drive from the house.

Transport by bus and train is very easy. Many buses from Lode Lane go to JLR, town centre, Shirley, Coventry, Birmingham, Airport etc.

All rooms are furnished in neutral colours.
The bed mattress' in all the rooms are a 1000 pocket sprung with the sprung base for added comfort, making it upmarket professional dwelling.

The lounge is equipped with a great Samsung TV and the best BT internet "Infinity" package is included.

The kitchen benefits from: two double ovens, dishwasher, two fridges, cooker, plenty of pots and kitchen ware, utensils etc.

There is a functional utility room with washer/dryer machine, separate sink & extra cupboards, ironing board, etc.

All bills are included, and a weekly cleaning provided, and regular big monthly cleans are conducted to ensure the house is at its best at all times.

The existing housemates are: a IT Java developer (m) for now. We always have excellent housemates who are a respectful company.
