The house is in walking distance to local shops and a couple of nice pubs. Several good gyms within a mile and although very close to Solihull also easy access to the countryside.
Clean and comfortable house, garden and parking. Fantastic transport links to Solihull, Birmingham, motorway network, train stations, bus and bike routes. Wifi available.
Working, respectful and tidy are a must. A professional who works Monday to Friday would be best suited. £100 per week, But I would consider full time at an extra cost and depending on circumstances.
Sharing with a professional female who works flexible hours, sometimes from home and has a busy personal life. I sometimes work away from home so there will be plenty of time to have the house to yourself. On other occasions my partner might stay over but this is normally at weekends as he lives in Manchester and works all over the UK.
