One gone, three left. I have a total of three rooms coming available in February; two in one house and one in another. Each room is fully furnished and comes with a lockable fire door, smoke detection and high speed broadband.

Fees of just £95 will be charged to cover all reference checks, deposit protection and administration. Usually from viewing to moving in takes just four days.

The properties are on Lode Lane, very close to the Jaguar Land Rover entrance and just 1 mile to Solihull Hospital. Solihull Centre is 10 minutes by car or bus (which stops opposite the property). The airport is also easily accessed and engineers from their and staff from the local hotels have been among previous tenants.

In each house there are a total of five tenants, two bathrooms, a large kitchen/diner, lounge area, off road parking for three cars and a beautiful rear garden.

All bills are inclusive so once you have paid the rent there is nothing else to pay. Each house is fully equipped so all you need to bring are clothes and bedding.

The common areas are professionally cleaned every two weeks and the gardens are maintained every two weeks as well.

I am a live out landlord but live very close to the properties as the area is so good. I will do the viewings myself and really look forward to meeting you.
