Unfurnished Double Room, Bournville Station

We have an unfurnished double room available to rent as our current flat mate is relocating.
Our house is beautifully decorated, is bright and airy whilst also feeling warm and cosy in the winter. It is completely furnished apart from the bedroom, so you’d need your own bed and storage however we share almost everything else. We have two communal rooms, a living room and dining room which is where we both spend most of our time in the house.
James and I both work almost full time but we’ll often sit together for meals or go for a drink in stirchley. We’re looking for a friendly housemate who we’ll get along well with.

Deposit would be £350 and there may be a small estate agent fee to add you to the contract.
We’d consider a Monday - Friday let.
