Who likes to live in a crowded house? This is a small house share with nice and friendly profesional looking for mature students or professionals.

The house has well-mantained carpets and laminated floor. It is semidetached and southeast facing so plenty of light! Double-glazed windows, central heating, small shed, etc.

Comfortable lounge perfect for relaxing in front of a big flat screen or simply unwinding after a long day (always better with a nice glass of red).

Dining-room, which looks like a jungle with my big plants :) and if you want to work there, always nicer around nature, there is a desk. We have a small garden so if you want to grow your own, you can! Small kitchen but very well equipped with all you need and more.

Room includes bed (ottoman) and mattress, small wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamps, curtains, clothes hangers, pictures and mandala wall hanging cloth.

All rooms are very bright and airy in this lovely and clean house.

Well-located house with all amenities between 2 to 5 minutes walk (supermarket; corner shops; superb bakery with fresh and varied bread baked every day, off-license shops; many take away; new caffes, etc.; transport: train station 1minute away, buses 45, 47, 38, 146, 27, 84 and 11, (parking on the street) and also quiet neighbourhood.
