My house is an Edwardian end terrace, three-bedroom property, on the Kings Heath / Stirchley border.

I’m less than a fifteen-minute walk to Bournville Train Station, where you get catch a train to Birmingham New Street.

I'm a 2 minute walk from Lifford House.

The property is close on most major bus routes.

I am in close vicinity to Stirchley High Street, Kings Heath (15 minute walk), and a short car ride to Moseley, Selly Oak, Harborne etc, where there are excellent restaurants, pubs, theatres, gyms, and shops.

There are two reception rooms, both with a television (you would have the front reception room to yourself).
There is a large kitchen / dining (23-foot-long) with dishwasher, hob, double oven, fridge freezer. The bathroom has a bath and shower, and an integrated speaker system.

The bedroom is large (13x11), with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and television. The room has double glazed window and a radiator.

The house is near the Rea Valley Route if you like running or cycling by the canals. I have a shed with a bike lock if you have a bike.

There is deep pavement car parking should you have a car.

I am looking for one housemate who is clean and tidy, and for 5 nights of Monday to Friday. A deposit would be required and a photocopy of your passport or drivers license.
