- A short walk (less than 5 mins) to great local pub (British Oak), micro-brewery, arts cafe, take away places and large supermarket
- under 10 mins walk from Bournville station with easy access to University, QE hospital via local train (5 minis journey time) or on foot (30 mins) / bike (10 mins) on canal. Only a 12 minute train journey to New Street station.

-Looking for a considerate female lodger, preferably Mon - Fri but short term let / other options considered (would consider rent reduction for less than 4 nights per week for right person). Ideal for professional, or mature student at University of Birmingham or QE hospital.
- Sharing with me - busy but friendly 40 something museum curator who is owner occupier. You'll often have place to yourself several evenings, as I'm frequently out at running club etc.
- Also living here is my cat, Hank (well trained & adorable, if a little shy). Currently, he likes to sleep on his blanket at the foot of spare bed but will be evicted on request!!
