You'll have a nice, light good sized double room.
The house has a large, bright, comfy lounge with a dining table and sofas. A small but nice downstairs bathroom with bath and shower and a newly installed good sized kitchen with lovely tiles and all mod cons. There's a long west facing garden with patio table and chairs that catches the evening sun. Perfect for barbecues and late summer drinks.
It's 30 seconds from the 11 and 3 mins from the 35 bus routes so it's easy to get to the hospital, Cadburys or the University. Bournville train station is a 20 minute walk away.
Living in the house is a long term lodger friend - Matt who’s into climbing and outdoorsy stuff. He’s a working professional and I’ll be there some weekends when I’m back from Sheffield. We’re both pretty laid back (and I’m not there that much) so don’t be put off by the ‘live in landlord’ - I think it’s really important to feel happy where you lay your head and will try my best to make sure everyone is.
There’s also Poppy - Matt’s resident well behaved cat!
