Fully furnished double bedroom in Finham, Coventry

I am renting a newly decorated, fully furnished double bedroom in Finham, Coventry which will be available. I am charging £450 per calendar month including all utilities and wifi. I am asking for £200 deposit. As I am a female householder I would prefer a female lodger.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area backing onto countryside and would be ideal for either Coventry University, Warwick University students or for those in full time work. There are excellent transport links to areas of Coventry, Warwickshire and Birmingham (A45, A46); a direct bus route to University Hospital, Jaguar Land rover, the town centre and Warwick University within a short walking.

The house itself is two bedroom and the tenant would have access to a fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, a bathroom, spacious garden, conservatory and a separate study/ relaxing area in the attic solely for the tenants use equipped with a desk, chair and a printer with additional storage space.

I have a small well behaved dog. I would prefer a non smoker. I (the landlady) work as a practice manager at a local private healthcare company three days a week and would be able to orientate you to the area and to help you settle in.
