Double room. Sunday night to Friday morning. DY8.

We have a spacious double room to let from Sunday night to Friday morning in our comfortable, four-bedroom home. We are an easy-going sociable couple, hoping to find somebody who is perhaps travelling to work in this area and requires accommodation before returning home for the weekend. Whoever stays with us must like cats.
The house is situated in a residential area known as Stourbridge 'Old Quarter' and is conveniently located for access to all local major routes. The town centre, bus and train stations are less than 10 minutes walk.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside drawers and a large computer/work area. There is broadband and cable TV. The occupant of this room has exclusive use of the house bathroom which has a shower over the bath, a sink and a toilet. Towels and bedding are provided.
The house is double glazed and centrally heated throughout and has log burners in the sitting and dining rooms. The dining kitchen is well equipped and has a range cooker. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, basic cereals and condiments are provided for your convenience.
There is also a laundry/utility room and downstairs cloakroom. The garden has a large patio and a shed suitable for possible bike storage. Parking is on-street in front of the house.
There would be the option of joining us for home-cooked evening meals if desired, at a modest cost.
