I am a live in landlord and I have a good sized double room available that is furnished with a very comfortable double bed and has plenty of storage space. The room gets lots of sun (when it's shining) and it overlooks my large garden which is lovely in the summer time.

The property is a large detached house and is fully furnished. There is WiFi coverage throughout the house and all utility bills, TV licence, Apps such as Prime TV / Now TV / Netflix, superfast broadband, and council tax are included in the rent so there are no hidden costs.

My house is a good size with a couple of lounges, a conservatory and it’s really warm and homely. It is located on a nice quiet cul-de-sac street and it’s really peaceful during the day and the night.

Overall it's a really good location with plenty of local amenities such as shops, pubs, restaurants, a hyper-market, gyms, parks etc all nearby and very easy access to bus stops, the main highways, central Birmingham / Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas.

Good Hope Hospital is 3.6 miles / 10 minutes’ drive away and is 20 minutes door to door by bus

I am a friendly / considerate guy (originally from New Zealand) and I'm looking for someone that is easy going, clean and tidy, respectful, and good to live with. I share two small dogs with a family member so they are not here all the time. They don't malt, are friendly but you must be okay with dogs. Whenever I go out I drop the dogs down to my family members’ house.
