large wardrobe, a large 4-door chest of drawers, a bookshelf, and a
bedside table.
Extra storage space is also available in an expansive
loft space.

Tenant would have full access to a bathroom, lounge, and
fully-equipped kitchen, all shared with myself. Other amenities
include; super-fast sky Broadband, 38" TV and Xbox One in lounge,
washer-dryer, and other kitchen appliances.

The apartment is within half a mile walk of the Princess Alice Retail Park (Tesco Extra, clothes shops, food outlets), and bus stops that go directly to Birmingham (30 minutes), West Bromwich ( 35 minutes),
Sutton Coldfield (10 minutes) and Walsall (35 minutes).
Private off street parking is available.
