Im a live out landlord and I'm looking for a female to take the ensuite room available in this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom flat. Only one bus away from Warwick University!
The apartment is in the (fairly) new built Bannerbrook Park development, which are highly sought after and extremely clean and safe! It’s easily one of the nicest areas in Coventry and so nice to go for walk around. It is one bus straight to Warwick university.
In walking distance, we have a lovely pub called the Pennyfarthing in addition to a SPAR, pharmacy, chippy, etc. They're all right on the development!
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and mirror. You’ll have sole access to a large bathroom. The wifi is super fast and allows working from home - it’s hyperoptic 150mbps. There's a big TV too.
The other tenant here is a postgraduate student at Warwick University. She’s lovely and has been there for two years now :)
The flat comes fully furnished too and has new beds/mattresses, paint and a comfy sofa! The kitchen is fully equipped too :) There is a washing machine and iron which you will also have full use of. All bills are included!
The room is available to view immediately and you can move in anytime after December 1st.
The flats have a voice intercom system so it is extremely secure and there is a ton of parking on site. There is also CCTV on site (not in the flat of course)
Tile Hill is a 3 minute drive away and has free parking.
The NEC / Resorts World is only 20 minutes away.
