Hello,

I have a 3 bedroom detached house with a double room (2.8 x 2.9m) available to rent for single occupancy on a Monday to Friday basis. The room is at the rear of the property, well decorated and over looking the garden and playing fields.

The room will be supplied with a comfortable single or double bed and bedroom furniture as required.

My home is 3 miles from Warwick University and Coventry City Centre and just a few minutes walk from a bus stop.

The house benefits from the following:

High speed Sky broadband and TV.
Gas central heating.
Spacious comfortable lounge with a multi-fuel burner.
Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer. Electric hob, oven and microwave.
Patio area & lawned garden.

There is a downstairs WC and a well presented bathroom upstairs with a bath, electric shower, sink and WC.

I'm an easy going friendly guy who works Monday to Friday. My home has a great feel about it, is warm, calm, comfortable and welcoming.

I like to keep my place clean and tidy so would like to share my space with someone who also prefers to live in a clean and tidy environment.

The room is available on a Monday to Friday basis but you would be very welcome to leave your belongings here over the weekend.
