Hi, I am looking to rent out one of the spare rooms in my house to a professional.
About the house:
The house is very close to the hospital (half hour walk, 5 minute drive), easy bus route access, very close to the M6, A46 etc. Loads of corner shops in the area. Butchers, barbers, takeaways all a 2 minute walk away. Live in landlord, no other tenants and will not be letting out my third room as it is my office. One shared bathroom and one downstairs toilet. Galley style kitchen, oven, large fridge/freezer, gas hobs, dish washer, wash/dryer. Open plan living room/diner. Super fast virgin broadband. TV license/Netflix included. Parking on the street outside. Moderate garden with good sun exposure during the summer. There is a garage however this is my workshop. Plenty of storage space in the loft. No pets currently in the house. Gas fire place in the living room. Central heating provided by a combi boiler in the loft. Carbon monoxide and fire alarms fitted. Room comes fully furnished, bed, wardrobe, chest of draws.
About myself:
I am a professional engineer. Im 26, originally from Kent. Went to Coventry University and returned for work after a years travelling Canada and Austria. I love both cats and dogs so both are welcome to come with you! I am clean and believe im easy to get on with! I've lived in this house since February. Have done a lot of work to try to modernise the property. Looking for a tenant just for some extra pocket money!
Looking for:
A like-minded professional. Im not in the house very much due to long work hours and Im usually out and about during the weekends but would like to get someone in who I can socialise with as it always makes for a better living situation for the both of us! It is important to me that whoever lives here is as clean as myself so if you know you are an untidy person please dont apply (no offence!). As I said previously if you have pets they are more than welcome so long as they are trained well looked after and you will accept responsibility for any damage they may make, no more than two pets though please. Smokers welcome just please smoke outside.
