The house is situated just off the Hagley road, in walking distance of a Doctors surgery, Asda, Starbucks, local transport links to Birmingham (about 15 minutes in a car) and a gym.
Off road parking is included for one vehicle as well as usual living facilities I. E washing machine/fridge ect.
One bathroom is shared however the house has a W/C located downstairs too.
A local cleaner can also be arranged for will be charged as extra for a small fee. If a desk or any other furniture is needed, this can be discussed upon contact.
