Peaceful, cosy room in modern house

Cosy room in Wednesbury, overlooking the river Tame. The house was newly built in 2017. There is a shared bathroom, shared with one other person along with a downstairs toilet.

We are professional females and would prefer another professional female for the room. We both work during the day and sometimes on weekends. There is an extra living room/chillout space on the top floor, enabling you to have space to yourself if required. We are both chilled people so feel free to ask for help with anything if needed.

The room has a small double bed, and rails for hanging clothes and jackets. There is some additional storage space if required. There is a desk and chair also in the room. There are plenty of sheets and towels available if needed, though you are welcome to bring your own.

All the bills are included and you have access to wifi. There is a laundry room with washing machine.

The kitchen and downstairs living area is shared.
