I am looking to rent out a double bedroom to a clean couple or a female tenant..

Rent for single person: 450 GBP pcm
Rent for Couple::: 750 GBP pcm

2. Brand new Double Bed (purchased less than 1 year ago) With Memory foam Mattress
3. New carpets throughout the house
4. New Windows fitted less than 2 years ago

Bathroom Features:
Newly fitted bathroom, less than 1 year ago (Brand New Bath tub, basin, toilet, tiles on wall & floor)..

The house compromises of a decent size living room, conservatory and garden as well as a spacious kitchen, which you are welcome to make use of.
