Bedroom 2's occupier will have the whole second floor. For the right tenants, bedroom 3 will not be let out.

All furniture is only or less than two years old.

Only let out 2 or 3 bedrooms so that the occupants enjoy most space, and no queues for anything.

Bed 3, a good double (4.95m by 2.53m), new bed and superb HAMARVIK mattress from IKEA, writing desk, wardrobe, bedside table, etc.

Really Neat and gentle professionals are most welcome to view the spacious house, to help keep the house nice, neat and tidy, even though a professional cleaner visits to clean the house regularly. You must be a neat person and must not be a smoker please (sorry). Even if you occasionally smoke outside of the house, please do not reply to the ad.

Location: a brand new estate on the Goodyear factory site by Stafford Road. All the houses here are new.

ALDI supermarket is within the estate.

Close to Jaguar factory Wolverhampton, UTC aerospace Wolverhampton, KFC, McDonald's, Wolverhampton Science Park, etc. Very convenient public transport by the Stafford Road.
