Price and what's included :

All bills included (council tax, heat, water, electricity, internet), free laundry card worth of one washing and dry per week until the end of the contract (200 £ worth).

The price is ~83 £ per week (3562 £ to pay for 10 months), you have internet, heat, water, everything unlimited and no hidden fees or taxes.

It's a tenancy agreement. A new agreement needs to be made by the landlord. The contract ends on Saturday, the 11th of July 2020.

There’s no deposit needed. And the rent can be paid in four installments ( I already paid the first one in September, the next one is in October).
