I would only be interested in a lodger who works full time, as I work from home during office hours and I like the house to be quiet during this time.
Also I would only consider someone who doesn’t want visitors of their own in the house, this includes their children.
In return there would be somewhere nice, quiet and clean to live. The reason the rent is such good value is that I really only do want the right lodger for me, as described above.
