Large double room available, shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom (shower over bath)
Double bed and chest of drawers in room, provide own bed linen and any extra storage needed. Unfortunately there isn't an upstairs television point.
I own the house and have a Springer spaniel puppy, a cat and a few guinea pigs. I work varying shifts and can work until late at night.
It would be nice to have a housemate who has similar interests and is happy to socialise however this is not a must. I like red wine, football and sports, baking and walks with the dog.
Basic house courtesies apply:
Tidy up after yourself if you're using shared areas of the house. Anything left on the floor downstairs will probably be chewed by the puppy - you have been warned 😂
Be nice to the animals, if you don't want the cat in your room please keep the door closed.
Friends/family and partners are welcome and may stay over as long as it's not every night.
